About me

Hi, I’m Jay Arana

I’m a fourth-generation instructor in the Grand Master Sam Tam lineage, with nearly three decades of experience in Yang-style Tai Chi, Qigong and standing meditation. My background blends traditional internal martial arts with a lifelong dedication to mindfulness, movement, and creative expression.

I’m passionate about helping students connect with themselves through these powerful internal practices — not only to improve physical health, but to support clarity, presence, and creative growth.
